Very limited functionality. You have to use the website to do anything meaningful anyway. Also, the setup and install process for hardware is terrible. No way to actually test if anything is working properly on-site without waiting for very slow response from their servers each time

motive support is now a useless AI BOT - you have been warned. fleet managers - go somewhere else we pay them good money fleet wide, can't even give us a human to help with our issues - absolutely unacceptable. this isn't some free app or service, we pay for this stuff - give us human support.

This is one of the worst customer support experiences I have ever had. I spent weeks just trying to get a payment link to purchase the device. Even my insurance provider (Progressive) was involved and had to push Motive to proceed. After the purchase, the situation became even worse. Motive sent me the WRONG cable for my truck. Since then, I have been calling and emailing nonstop. Support agents repeatedly say “yes, I will help you” and then disconnect the call. This has happened multiple times
